As one type of multipurpose road maintenance equipment, the road maintenance truck with an asphalt heater is used for transferring hot asphalt mixtures and double heating the cold asphalt mixtures, in order to repair the cracks, upheaval and subsidence on the pavement. Equipped with a road roller, the road maintenance truck with an asphalt heater is suitable for long distance transportation. With the function of thermal insulation for long periods of time, the road maintenance truck with asphalt heater is able to provide standard asphalt mixtures for medium and small area road maintenance.

The side wall of the feed bin is equipped with multiple “s” type heating units for good thermal insulation performance and uniform material temperature.
By not launching the engine on the chassis, the equipped engine can achieve the heating and thermal insulation of asphalt mixtures. Otherwise, the asphalt mixture can also be heated during transportation.
The asphalt tank and feed bin are heated separately for satisfying multiple construction conditions.
The top of the feed bin can spray anti-adhesives for preventing any bonding between the asphalt mixtures and side wall.
The high output of the spiral conveyor will satisfy requirements for large area rapid construction.
The road maintenance truck with asphalt heater is able to discharge the asphalt quantitatively. The discharge amount of asphalt is automatically controlled depending on the crack size.
As the auxiliary equipment, the water-cooled diesel generator set effectively guarantees long term operation.
The operator cab and rear operation box are equipped with the display screen, making it convenient for the operator to set the parameters and check the working conditions.
The rear of the truck is equipped with standard hydraulic power output interface to provide power for small size construction equipment.
