As an intelligent construction vehicle, the automatic asphalt distributor is ideal for distributing a variety of asphalt mixtures including emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, and high viscosity modified asphalt. These asphalt mixtures are used in constructing high-grade highway pavement and to spray the priming oil, waterproof layer, and bonding layer of the bottom layer.

This asphalt distributor is fully automated and contains a 5000L asphalt tank. It is equipped with a 5kW generator that allows for independent heating of the system, with no interference to the power of the main vehicle. It heats the heat transfer oil for circulation heating and the burner for heating.

The exterior wall of the asphalt tank is constructed from stainless steel frosted plates for superior resistance to corrosion and durability. The tank body provides excellent insulation, resulting in a temperature drop of no more than 12 ℃/8 h (at normal temperature).
The tank body is equipped with an imported diesel burner known for its high combustion efficiency and rapid heating speed. Additionally, for reliable operation, an automated ignition and temperature control system is installed.
The spray bar features a horizontal folding design with the ability to adjust the height.
This asphalt distributor is equipped with high-precision nozzles, capable of independent adjustment to ensure a consistent spray effect throughout use.
The asphalt pump and pipeline are heated and insulated using heat transfer oil. There is no need for cleaning after the construction.
The asphalt pump is outfitted with a well-known brand gear pump made in China that offers superior self-priming capabilities, a broad operational speed range, tremendous sealing performance and a consistent flow rate.
The main vehicle's hydraulic system provides the power necessary to meet the asphalt pump's requirements for spraying. This combination of electrical control and hydraulic system enables the vehicle to spray asphalt from a position of 0 rpm.
