Chip spreader can be applied in preventive road maintenance projects. To protect the roads against cracks and corrosion, and make them more slip resistant, we can apply stabilizer on top of a layer of small-sized aggregate. The layer coated on road surface will protect the road from failures. This preventive maintenance technique is applicable in asphalt and concrete road with no structural detects.
