Cape seal treatment means building a protective wear-resistant layer on chip seal by slurry paver with micro-surfacing and chip sealing technology. It provides a compact surface that protects the aggregate from falling off and extends the road's service life. The seal is waterproof and non-slip. Cape sealing technique is applicable in the surface maintenance projects of roads with large or middle traffic volume, and in restoring the overlay of different kinds of pavement.
