Operation principle
The operating principle of asphalt distributor is to pump the hot asphalt from asphalt storage pool into asphalt tank through asphalt pump; Transport it to construction site and heats the asphalt up to working temperature by heating system; Open asphalt pump and spraying valve by operating electrical apparatus control system; According to three overlapping spraying effect to spray the hot asphalt on pavement on the basis of measured distributing amount and pressure. The residual asphalt in pipeline will be transported into asphalt tank after finishing the work.

Construction technology introduction

1. Main Performance
A. It adopts Euro IV Sino-truk HOWO chassis, which has advantages of large bearing capacity, high power, low fuel consumption and emission, easy operation and reliable breaking, equipped with 198kw(270hp)engine power.

B. Good anticorrosive and durable insulation layer makes sure the temperature drop no more than 12℃/8h (Under normal temperature)

C. The tank adopts imported diesel burner, high combustion efficiency and high heating efficiency, automatic ignition and automatic temperature control system, operation security and stability.

D. Power supply system adopts engine PTO, stable operation.)

E. It ensures spray at the very first starting point.
F. It adopts JOHNSON asphalt pump and JOHNSON heat oil pump,

G. Spray width is controlled by multiple air cylinders; each air cylinder can be adjusted freely and controlled independently.

H. Control system is equipped with two set independent systems of manual and automatic so that to make sure the machine can work at any time. The configured radar and encoder measure the precise vehicle speed and pump speed separately in order to control the spraying amount in construction. The cab is equipped with construction monitoring device and automatic operating board.

I. External power can realize auto circulated heating without main engine (patent no. ZL03241904.X). This patent will reduce the engine wear, prolong the service life of main engine and save energy (save about 10t of diesel per year). It is likely to make auto circulated heating by main engine without external power.)

J. Humanized design of control system could not only control remotely, but also operate on site, which makes the operation more convenient.
