Gaoyuan focuses on developing road repair and maintenance equipment, and is a chip seal distributor truck manufacturer. The chip seal truck HGY5253TFC is equipped with a resistance level sensor and CCD camera for the convenient monitoring of the aggregate in the hopper. The hopper adopts a tilting design and thus the truck is suitable for chip sealing in culverts, bridges and other conditions with height limitations. The chip seal is equipped with aggregate sorting device, it can spread aggregate chips and spray binder synchronously to make even asphalt pavement. The whole chip seal truck adopts distributed control system for whole process monitoring. As a result, the work environment of the operator can be improved and the work efficiency is increased.

- The asphalt pump and heat conduction oil pump adopt JOHNSON brand for good performance of self-priming, wide range of rotation speed, good sealing performance and stable flow rate.
- Each spray nozzle can guarantee the uniform spray and superior spraying effect.
- Multiple sets of air cylinders are adopted to control the spray width when spraying aggregate and asphalt. Each air cylinder can be controlled independently and adjusted freely.
- The controller is installed on the automatic asphalt distributor truck to achieve automatic control spraying. The equipped radar and encoder can precisely measure the travel speed and pump speed. As a result, the spray volume can be precisely controlled in road construction.
- The operator cab is equipped with real time monitoring device and automatic operation panel.
